Jesús, the owner, is the man. We went on a taco tour for the day around SD and his were the best so far. We got maciza (cow head meat) and carne asada -- all incredible. Go there!

I wanted good tacos near the event we were going to. This place surpassed my expectations. The server was very nice. My Spanish isn't very good, and her English wasn't that good, but we figured it out. The cheek and tongue tacos were very good, but the stars were the quesadillas. The truffle and squash blossom were so good! The flavors worked very well together. I would probably drive 30min to eat here again.
Love coming to this restaurant every time I come into town. This time, I came with a group of friends. They each loved the food and enjoyed the service. Collectively, we ate 35 tacos of all different kinds. My personal favorite is lengua/tongue; however, they preferred tripas/tripe. Whichever ones you end up choosing will not be wrong. The flavor, size/portions, and cost of these tacos cannot be beat anywhere else. Thank you De Cabeza el único! Nos veremos de nuevo pronto.
So far the customer service was great! Very welcoming and friendly!! The ambiance is as very chill and music was nice!! We ordered Chiles toreados, consomé, tacos tripa,lengua,cabeza, chicharrón prensado!! Everything was tasty!! Savory and delicious!! It's just a burst of flavor in my mouth!! So much love into cooking the meats for your tacos!! Perfectly seasoned and made!! The tacos come overloaded with meat and ingredients so make sure you know you will probably get full quick!! And have leftover because they aren't stingy at all!! La tripita bien dorada yum and the lengua omg!! Yes I am doing Spanglish!! Great food does this to you!!! The cook! The chef definitely doing something great here!!! El sazon está increíble!! El servicio súper atento y amable!! Definitivamente nuestro lugar para venir a comer algo rico!!! Oh by the way! Not only did my date have me try a bunch of tacos from here, but he thought it would be great if I tried grasshopper. I thought it was good until the stomach burst, then I couldn't eat the rest. I hope I provided the wonderful staff with some entertainment as I tried it. For the price, these tacos are worth coming back for. However, it really depended on the kind of taco on whether or not we'd get it again. My date and I were most excited to try their lengua taco and, sadly, it was really bland and unenjoyable. On the bright side, I really liked their Quesataco, Taceo de Chorizo Verde, Tripa, Chicharron Prensado. Since I had my dog with me, they sat us in the back corner right underneath the tv. Unfortunately, this meant I had a very hard time hearing anything besides the tv. Other than that and the grasshopper, my experience overall was very pleasant.
